Ed Samp

Ed has more than 25 years of sales and management experience involving direct sales, relationship building, and partnership development. Since founding Harpswell Associates in 2003, Ed has worked successfully with clients on numerous sales and business development projects spanning a wide range of industries including retail and wholesale distribution, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, software, high tech, financial services, outsource services, and fund-raising.

Prior to founding Harpswell, Ed built two start-up companies. One a PC catalog business started in 1992 and the other an Internet auction site started in 1999. Prior to 1992, he held numerous sales and executive marketing positions with high technology companies.

Ed graduated with a BA in Math from the University of Wisconsin and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
